My phone will hang if the phone receive an incoming skype call under a locked screen... It will go on ringing and ringing... But the screen and all the buttons will stop responding... Eventually have to reset the device...

However, I got a 920 running the exact same softwares, WP 8.1 Update and latest version of Skype, doesn't have any issue receiving calls...

Reinstalling the app doesn't fix the problem. Restarting the phone doesn't fix it neither.

But after playing around with incoming calls, turns out sometimes it works for voice call coming through skype-number or skype-to-skype. However, a video skype call will definitely hang the phone, leaving it vibrating with the skype ring tone...

My 1520 just got updated to 8.10.14157.200, however, the issue hasn't go away....

On a side note, coming from 8.1 DP, my 1520 is still on Black... There is no Cyan update yet...

You are using the old firmware instead of Cyan? That could be the issue.

Old firmware?! Hmm.. I can see where you came from...

However, I got a 920 running the exact same combination of software / firmware and doesn't have any issue at all... So, I'll leave this one...

I'd been playing around and my problem seems to have gone for the moment after I done something weird...

1) Uninstall Skype
2) Restart the phone
3) Uninstall Facebook
4) Restart the phone
5) Re-Install Skype
6) Restart the phone
7) Re-Install Facebook
8) Restart the phone

And now Skype is working again, I tested both voice and video call... No problem taking them under a locked screen... :D
