Apparently, Dan debunked the rumors in one fell swoop in an article earlier today, but I'd want to buy the 1820, lol.

Daniel Rubino has debunked this rumor in several threads that I've seen in the forums, as well as yesterday on the front page.

I don't see why not. It looks to me that we'll see quite a few new WP8.1 phones at MWC - although with the usual Nokia "flair" we'll have to wait a couple of months before they are actually on shelves anywhere (and 6 before they are on shelves anywhere important).
