I don't care about exclusives (never got the hyper fixation on the privelege to buy certain games), but I will never forgive Microsoft for how bad they are at marketing the value of the Xbox ecosystem. We've let the console market spin out of control and it's negatively impacting the whole industry. And I can't help but feel Nintendo would have a harder tell selling these "features" if Xbox put it front and center stuff as simple as free cloud saves.
