While it wouldn't be something for the mainstream to care about.
The forced always-online activation of Windows 11 really has rubbed a lot of people (including myself) the wrong way.
I'm looking at getting a new PC soon and I think I'm just going to get a new Windows 10 key instead of of the OEM Windows 11 as I like having a local offline account as my core admin.

I know on the podcast it's brought up "Well Google makes you do it when you setup a phone". Cool, but why would Microsoft aspiring to Google be something I should accept on a home desktop? No thanks. Especially since I'm buying the Windows key. There's an irony in Linux letting you offline install with no dodginess, all for free lol.
