The trackpoint stoppd working with the upgrade to Windows 10. How do I fix this?

Windows Central Question

The trackpoint on my LenovoT450s stopped working when I upgraded to Windows 10. When I went into settings, the 'Enable' box is still checked for the trackpoint. Someone suggested that I need to re-install the driver for the trackpoint but I have no idea how I would do that.

How do I fix this?
