The windows phone of my dreams...

My dream of a windows phone is that microsoft stop being stupid and sell all the cell-phones unlocked and not with that damn thing of contract. I am from Brasil and cell phones there are very expensive, then I arrived at the USA thinking that I would be able to buy cheap cell phones, but no, I am obligated to make a contract, and that thing of no-contract service is also a contract, you have to pay chip, and the first month, and the cell goes much more expensive than it was supposed to be.

I love Nokia and windows phone, but please microsoft, start making them all unlocked on the online store!!

This sounds like a regional issue but I'm all for you being able to get cheaper unlocked phones!
