If you have a Cali Blue 8x is there really a reason to use any theme except cobalt???

is the cali blue really that nice? its coming to Voda next week in Aus. Is it nicer than a black 8x?

I really like the blue. Its a purplish blue color but not girly.

Of course there is.
Indeed Cobalt is the best. However I often use Indigo, Crimson, Red and Amber. These are my favorite ones. You should try them.

Tip: Try to pin colorful tiles to mix up the colors. I know you'll love it.

Cobalt isn't a match, the one called HTC is the match.

I assume the "HTC" colour choice will change depending on what colour phone you have.

While Cobalt isn't a match, I find the HTC blue is too dark on a black background, making text hard to read (especially outdoors).

No need to get all excitable. It was an assumption I made based on your first post.

As Baygacon mentions, cobalt is actually better from a readability point of view.

Also, given that you also have a Cali Blue phone, how do you know that the "HTC" colour is always dark blue? Have you had the opportunity to try another colour?

Check out the orange. Complimentary color to that blue. Looks really good. I am rocking it currently. Opposite sides of the color wheel for the win!

I have the California Blue 8x, and the color that I use as my theme is "Steel". It compliments the phone color really well, and the text on the tiles is easily readable. Plus, I just really like how it looks.

As a Charger fan I refuse to use orange. No matter how admittedly pretty it comes out. Stupid Broncos....sigh...Chargers suck.
