There is a sad face on my nokia lumia 520 how do i solve this

My nokia 520 has on a sad face on it how do I solve this problem. When i turn it on the sad face still come up, even when i remove and put back the battery it still shows the sad face. I tried pressing the power button and the volume button to no avail ; it just wont work. Can someone help me please?

Download windows phone recovery tool and try to flash the phone.


Run it, plug in the phone over USB cable, if not recognised click on "my phone is not booting".


Fixed my 630 that way.
