They need to fix the sleep mode

I have to turn my computer off and pull the power plug, then press power to clear the RAM, just to be able to get the PC to come back on.

Same here. I hope these forums here aren't the only place you're pointing out this issue. I recommend you make use of the feedback app of Windows 10 too.
