this is wierd, 3g works with skype , but IE wont connect, neither windows store

this is a newly reset 625. IE wont browse any website. nor will the store display apps.

from what i can see i ve set up 3g access point correctly as skype works, i manage to skype call other pcs using 3g,
but if i try Skype | Free calls to friends and family ( or try the same by ip) it doesnt connect "trouble displaying the page"
