Tick at the start of every line photoshop

Hey, when im doing any drawing in photoshop every single line without fail has a little tick at the very start of it. It dosent matter which direction im drawing or the weight of the line its been doing this since I got the Pro 4 about a month ago, so i was wandering if there was any fix to this? Thanks

does this show up in the final render? Can you share a screenshot or photo?
