The tip easily comes out, and if you look, there's a cutout that looks like it's for a bearing that would keep it snugly in place. Anyone else have this?
When I say easily, I mean that it offers no resistance when I slide my fingernail between the tip and the body. It has not fallen out on its own yet, but I fear it will eventually.
