Tmobile Lumia 640 is not able to update to windows 10?

I just got on walmarts Family Mobile plan with a T-Mobile Lumia 640, brand new from walmart. I go to Update and it scans for a new update but it says i am current and there is no update. Im on windows 8.1, has the windows 10 update not rolled out to the Tmobile version?

Windows 10 Mobile is not yet officially released for anything. It's only available as a beta version as part of the Windows Insider program.

No. Nothing has been announced officially by Microsoft so far.
