TMOBILE UK-MMS settings??

Can anyone help with tmobile uk mms settings please as i am unable to send or recieve mms messages on my 920.Data is turned on and internet works fine.

TROUBLESHOOTING[/h][h=4]WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PICTURE MESSAGING ISN’T WORKING[/h]Follow these simple steps:

• Try sending a picture message as this should reset your handset’s ability to receive a picture message
• Alternatively, text FIXME to 150 and we'll text you the settings. (But please note, not all phone manufacturers allow settings to be delivered this way.)
• You can also call 150 and ask to us to text you the right picture messaging settings
• Once you've got the settings, turn your phone off and on again and try sending another picture message

Thanks for the help but non of the above has worked,when i try the fixme route i get nothing back and when i go through all the menus after calling 150 i get a text saying sorry we do not understand your request!!?
Anything else i can try?
