will there be a tmoblie version of the titan
or can you use it on the tmobile netowrk ?

I asked on the US HTC Twitter (@HTCUSA) and they had this to say: "As of right now it's only available for AT&T. We'll let you know if/when that changes!"

It won't be on T-Mobile. The Titan hardware lacks the 1700 MHz GSM band required for 3G and 4G data on T-Mo. You could use one on the T-Mobile network through an MVNO, but you would be limited to EDGE data.

Probably not anytime soon. T-Mobile got the Radar, AT&T got the Titan. There may be a device that Samsung or Nokia or LG creates that would be on T-Mobile that AT&T may not get. That's just the way the world works. There is very few occasions in which carriers share the same device. The only ones that really come to mind are the iPhone and Nexus devices.

Now, could you buy a Titan and make it work on T-Mobile? Yes. Will it work at 4G speeds or even 3G speeds? Maybe not. I have not looked at the radios for the device. If it doesn't have that compatible radio it would only work at probably 2G speeds. At that, you are just buying the device because you like the looks and interface of the device and not really for the app usage.

I now have a Titan and ATT refuses to unlock it :(

Sent from my TITAN using Board Express

You have to wait at least a year (I believe it is a year or maybe 2 years) until AT&T is allowed to give away an unlock code. There was an article about this like a year ago where someone went to court and basically if the phone is NOT AN EXCLUSIVE DEVICE FOR AT&T then they are required to give you the unlock and everything that IS AN EXCLUSIVE DEVICE (aka the Titan) you have to wait x amount of time until they are forced to give it to you.

Some people have had luck telling the person at customer support that they are planning on leaving the country and so they need to unlock it for another network but I don't know the viability of this option.

EDIT: I was wrong. If it's an exclusive you have to wait 10 months until they are allowed to unlock your device. Also, if you are a new AT&T customer you have to have an account in good standing and at least have service for 90 days.
