To-do list app

I'm look for a better way to manage my to-do lists. The to-do list in the calendar app is way to basic, and one note is not practical for jotting things down quick. I'm looking for something that can sync with outlook.com. And allow me to have multiple lists. Like a few to-do lists for work, and a home list. Similar to reminders on iOS if any of you are familiar with that.

Edit: also it needs to sync with outlook.com so I can tie it in with outlook 2013.
