to instal updates after downloading it

1-Please somebody tell me why my lumia 1320 stuck when it's installing updates??? i used recovery tools many times and i'm afraid it hurts my lumia. 2- if i connect it to PC while installing, will it help?
3-how should i set Loction and Region on it?
4-i have wi-fi but it may disconnect for few seconds (sometimes). is the problem related to internet connections?
5- when updated, why does it still has updates to download and then it stuck???
