From the moment of clicking your post to posting my reply, it has taken over 10 minutes

I've been observing this issue for the last 24 hours now, I've cleared browser history, cache, cookies and restarted pc. It still persists.

Pages take minutes to load, links take time to load, even quoting takes time to load
