No proof, but I've been following Gabe Aul and Joe Belfiore's tweets, and it's easy to decipher the timeframe. They sent the internal test builds just a couple of days ago to find some bugs. They'll only release to wider public after squashing the show-stopper bugs. That will take at least 1 week.

If the numbers add up to 3 we can also finally say......HALF LIFE 3 CONFIRMED...presumably delayed because the Illuminati needed time to add their secret subliminal brainwashing messages to it so they can achieve World Domination in order to make Windows the one and only OS

Looks like it source from leaked screenshot days ago to me. Look closer, you could see no battery & clock in "Update Successful" screen & 10.50 in action center.
So it's not from his phone.
