Touch does not work while receiving call

Touch does not work while receiving call ,have to press power button 2times to receive a call . It happens only when my phone is in pocket otherwise no problem (right now on wp8.1 & had this problem on wp8 too)

Just try to change the scratch guard(don't use Matte)
I found it happens to me only when my scratch guard is scratched...or it has water droplets or sweat on it...

It's not exactly a fault. The proximity sensor detects an object (that is your pocket lip) and disables the touch so that the call is not accidently answered or rejected. Just press the power/lock button twice and you should be able to slide up. Sadly, there's no other workaround to this.
