Touch screen randomly going dead?

Hey all, so I got this phone a few months ago and finally started using it regularly after selling my iphone in anticipation of buying a lumia off contract.


one thing I've noticed, however, is that the phone is starting to get really buggy. It will occasionally freeze and then the touch screen will go completely dead. There have even been cases where the touch screen would shut off and it would not come on with the button so id have to take out the battery to reset.

I'm hoping this is a hardware issue, as if I buy a lumia I can't pull out a battery so that may be a problem.

oh my gosh I have the same problem!this is my second phone, and have a third replacement in the mail all have had the same problem.
