On my brand new Surface Book 2 (i7, 512GB) the Touchscreen not works with W10-1709.
On the Device Manager the entry "HID Touchscreen" is not listed. Only listed "PCI-Kommunikationscontroller" with error Code 28.
A deinstall from "PCI-Kommunikationscontroller" and restart or shutdown not help.
