Should I accept it?

Go 8gb + $350 for his SP5 i7 256.

Tempted by the additional power and storage.

Really enjoy my Go's size though. Have a SB2 for heavy lifting.

Why is he getting rid of his SP5?

That's a pretty solid deal... that said, I question why he's downsizing (both in size and power). It makes me wonder if there's something wrong with the device that he's not telling you.

Even if there is something wrong, just make sure you can transfer the warranty, so that you can get a refurb Surface Pro 5 if something goes wrong.

From what I know, the warranty follows the device, not the owner! MS can see the Serial number of the device and check warranty coverage.
