Transfer info from one micro sd card to another?

My phone is getting low on storage space so I'm going to put a bigger SDcard in my phone. How do I transfer my apps / info to the new card?

Apps can NOT be transferred, you can move them to phone memory, then move them to new card, alternatively, re-install them to new card.

Other data (music, vids, pictures, etc) = any number of ways, straight copy / paste.

My phone doesn't have enough storage to hold all my apps. Will I get my paid apps back?

As long as you're using the same Microsoft account, you won't have to pay again for any apps. They will show as "Owned".
