I'm getting rid of an email address and looking to transfer data from one MS and OneDrive account to another but I don't know how. I'll even some for just the OneDrive. Ideas?

Have you thought about using an an alternative email address attached to the primary email account?

Microsoft calls these alternative email addresses - Alias addresses. Once you set one up and make it default email address you can delete the old one.

This is probably the most efficient way to retain your data without resorting to exporting it all.

If you still want to export your data:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...pst-file-14252b52-3075-4e9b-be4e-ff9ef1068f91

Import data:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...pst-file-431a8e9a-f99f-4d5f-ae48-ded54b3440ac

With Onedrive, the simplest way is to download and re-upload.

You can try sharing links to your new email and then save as attachements but that's quite clunky.

No, I haven't thought about this. But the only problem is I've already created the new address. If I were to delete it could I still use it as an alternative on the first one?

I see, unfortunately since you've already created the email you won't be able to use it as an alternative as Microsoft doesn't recycle email addresses / alias addresses.

In this case you can use connected accounts as an option or use export mailbox via outlook.com settings.

Alternatively, As @Scienceguy Labs said you can try contacting Microsoft Support.

I don't think you can transfer one account to another. For OneDrive, download the data to your computer then upload it to the OneDrive folder of your new account. As said, for your email, you can export it from one Outlook and import it to another.
