Transfer save game data from 521 to 925

I have a nokia 521 and was thinking about upgrading to a nokia lumia 925. I have a lot of games on my phone so I was wondering: is there any way I can transfer the saved data of my game (like my final fantasy save) from my old phone to my new phone? I really don't want to have to start all over on final fantasy, as I've poured in a bunch of hours into it already. Thanks in advance for any help.

Unless FF or any other game, allows you to put your save game data on OneDrive (Skydrive) you're pretty much out of luck.

Nope, just had to replace my 925 and lost all game data
