Transfer Xbox save files to a new to Windows Phone

I just got me a new Windows Phone and I was wondering if I can transfer my Final Fantasy 3 data to it.

If the game does not allow you to save its data to OneDrive then you will lose that data. From reading the reviews it would appear you can't save the game regardless so you will have to start over again. :/
