Transferring data from one lumia 900 to another

Hello, my lumia 900 was having issues and i got a new one sent to me.. whats the best way to get all the data from the old one to the new one?

Without a true backup restore system, you pretty much have to set up the new 900 as if you never had a 900. Start from scratch.

You can use the app, Reinstaller, to assist in redownloading apps.

I also copied my pictures from the Camera Roll and Saved Pictures from inside Windows and pasted them into a temporary folder.

When I synced the new phone, I pasted the pictures into the new folders and re-synced and got the pics back on the phone.

contacts can be restored just by signing in your live account but it wont help you to link back your gmail contacts, twitter contacts and etc
