Transferring photo albums

Hello,

I just received a replacement Lumia 1020. How can I transfer my old photos and albums from my old 1020 onto this new one??

I synced the new 1020 with my laptop and was able to transfer photos onto the new 1020. However, I have duplicate albums (ex: "Camera Roll" and "Camera Role From PC"). How can I move contents onto "Camera Role" and delete the "Camera Role From PC (which has my pics from older 1020)??

I use the SkyDrive desktop app to manage my Windows 8 devices.

I connect my phone to my PC and use Windows Explorer. Very easy to create and delete folders (i.e. albums) on the phone and move pictures among them, or between the phone and the PC.
