Transferring Win 10 licence to new build

My current PC is eleven years old and showing signs of age.
I plan to build my own custom PC with an Intel CPU. (Core I7-10700K)
I have created the Windows installation media on a USB drive.
My current Windows 10 licence is digital and linked to my Microsoft account.
I originally had Windows 7 pro (OEM disc) which was 'upgraded' to Windows 10 when it was released.
I still have the Windows 7 disc with its product key.
My question is:
Can I transfer my Windows 10 licence to the new PC when it is built?
If so, do I need to unlink the licence from the old PC first?
Or, could I use the Windows 7 product key again to activate the new Windows 10 installation?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Mark
