transparant start screen

how can i make my start screen transparant can't find it anywhere.

settings > start+theme (right at the top) and then add a wallpaper.

That's to come in the RTM Windows 10 PC.

That's not yet available. The build shown on many of the screens during the event is not the build they released to us (January Preview, 9926). You'll also notice the Core system apps are all single color, similar to Windows Phone.
