Trial Apps in new Store UI: How to pay for app after trial expires

so I downloaded Tiles for Outlook to give it a try.

it has a 14 day trial.

now the 14 day trial is over and when I click on it on start screen, it doesnt do anything and goes back to Start Screen.
Going to All Apps and running Tiles for Outlook doesnt allow it to run either.

Going to store and searching for it shows 14 day trial as expired.
Nothing more to do with it at the store level.
No button to purchase.

so how do you update it from Trial to full version in the new Store UI?

maybe uninstall it and then install it back? Then it could give an option to purchase, though the purchase option should show in store

that's what i ended up doing.

would like to see just option in store to convert it to paid app after trial expires.
