Trouble getting online

WPCentral Question

I have a Lumia 920 and I'm really happy with it in general. However, I've noticed that most of the time when I'm not home I cannot get online. I took it into TMobile and had someone check it out...he saw nothing wrong. Am I doing something wrong?
