This maybe happening because some one must have typed incorrect password on ur phone many times

to get back into your phone, go to a pc browser, log in to find my phone service for windows phones and lock your phone. Once after locking, unlock it using the same code that you used to lock it

This happened to me too but that time it showed to plug in to charger for 2 hours nd restart.
