Trying to set up my Nokia account... not working (network error?)

I should mention that I'm on my 2nd 920. I dropped my first one and shattered the screen... thank god for insurance!

This is the only snag I've ran into with setting everything back up on the new phone. Worked fine on my other 920... is/are the Nokia site/servers down or something?
