Trying to set up Skype messaging

I have Skype as messaging on both Windows Phone 10 and Windows 10 PC. The phone shows no connected devices. The PC shows a code to enter on the Phone. However there is no place to enter the code in settings on the phone.

OK, so un-reinstalling phone app seems to have worked.
