Trying to use Windows 10 mail fix but powershell command does not remove mail app, what can I do?

trying to use windows 10 mail fix but powershell command does not remove mail app

I am trying to follow the post to fix windows 10 mail calendar and people app, but when I run the powershell command as administrator it just comes back to the prompt and when I go to the Start Menu Mail is still there, then the store tells me it is still installed so I can't download and reinstall
