Tweetium update for Windows 10 brings video uploads

Popular Twitter app Tweetium has picked up an update, enabling video uploads. You'll now be able to use the service to upload videos up to 15MB in size directly to Twitter. The update also adds a menu option to take a photo using the default camera on Windows 10 Mobile.
