Why so?!?!?
Sometime need reinstall app to free space

My bet is that the Twitter app caches all the images you get to see in your timeline, mentions and so on. Unfortunately the app doesn't offer any way to clear its cache. At least not that I would remember. So the only way seems to be to either move to another, better Twitter app or frequently reinstall it. I doubt that WP's own temp/cache file cleaning mechanism will help here, but it's worth a try nevertheless.

I wouldn't count on any update, tbh. Twitter seems to update their WP app once a year.
