I'm loving my HTC One M8 for Windows but I think the lack of an app is about to make me bail on Windows Phone after over 3 years. I've survived perfectly well with the non-official versions of many apps...

However, livestreaming is in the early stages of taking the world by storm. Meerkat is a sketchy little app for iPhone but the big dog of livestreaming that will officially release soon is an app called Periscope. It is in beta on iPhone and Android is being developed. It will be native with Twitter similar to Vine. If I receive a Beta invite for Periscope, I'm heading in and buying an iPhone.

RIP :crying:

Have you contacted the developers of the Periscope app and requested a Windows Phone app?

I didn't bother asking. I am sure they will get to it eventually... I have official twitter and vine apps... Just not quickly enough for my impatience.

I'm becoming more of a tech nerd when it comes to apps. No patience anymore.

Just found a 3rd-party client called Telescope that is already available for Windows. They haven't incorporated streaming yet, but you can watch streams. Crazy fast.

The app is not that good. You don't get notifications for streams as they occur. An official app would be much better.
