Two Outlook app?

Hey, installed outlook manually when got this phone, and couple days later discovered the option to log in it at the "options ->accounts" and I did. Now I have in accounts screen "Microsoft account" and "outlook2"..
Works as intended?

the first one is just an account for your phone, so it stores your contacts and so on but the outlook two is your email account

Nope, both stores email, contacts and calendar. It's not actually two apps, but two accounts showed up in the app list. If these two are the same account, there is no reason to add the second one. The default account, the one you first signed up, will only allow you to configure whether to sync emails or not. But contacts and calendar syncs are automatically turned on and not configurable.
