Two questions about camera settings

Hi all. This is my first post here.

I've got two questions about 920's camera settings:

1. When shooting at low light conditions, the photos sometimes come out much brighter than what it really is (sort like daytime).
Is there any settings that will fix this?

2. Auto Focus in video recording settings - Could anyone tell me when should I turn it on?

for picure too bright, tey to adjust ISO.... hope it will help a bit

Working on a guide for the 920's camera settings (my weekend project) but for the time being, try the Exposure Value setting. If the image is way too bright, choose a negative number. This setting basically tells the camera to intentionally over or under expose the picture.

Oh... and the autofocus for video.... if you're shooting moving subjects or moving around, you'll want continuous autofocus on. It's on by default and I really wouldn't mess with it.

As to AutoFocus, I saw in a video that with it ON leading to a worse outcome than off.

Don't use auto ISO. Set it to 100 or 200 and it'll take the picture like what you see in real life. The higher the ISO, the brighter the photo during nighttime. You can use the exposure adjustment for when you want dark areas in a shot taken during daytime to be brighter.
