two sizes of Lumia 625?

Today I went to a big computer shop in Germany (Saturn), and I noticed that the Lumia 625 they have on display was a bit smaller (not by much but when I put them one on top of the other you could see a difference) then my Lumia 625, which I bought in Israel. I checked the phone on display for "about phone", and indeed it said Lumia 625. How could that be?

I didn't think about taking a photo, and I couldn't because ... I'd have to use my phone as a camera. I'll try to maybe go there again with a camera to get a picture, but you'll have to believe me for now.

In the about menu, check the hardware revision and compare it with your phone. I never heard about phones being different in size. Is it noticeable?
