FYI: For some reason our T-Mobile USA Lumia 521 needed two separate updates today to get to the latest OS version. I waited for T-Mobile to push the previous update along wth Cyan, but for today's I installed via the Preview for Developers.
My HTC 8X only downloaded one update to get to 14203.306, so I was surprised when the 521 needed two.
Hardware Tests lists two packages today, 249 and 620.
All in all, the 521 is working well with no obvious problems.
