UC Browser UWP now available for Windows 10

UC Browser is now available for Windows 10 built using UWP.

It isn't available for Mobile at the moment but since it is UWP it technically should be made available for Mobile.

Has it been improved at all? I remember using this in the WP8 days and it was.. meh
It was also very unstable on Windows 8 RT when I tried it on my 1st gen Surface.
