They're probably doing the same thing as Nokia, and exact opposite of Apple. Announce it, get people excited, release it 3 months later when it's old and forgotten about. Clever businesses HTC and Nokia.

Popped into an EE store today and enquired about availabilty of UK version. Assistant said EE were unlikely to be stocking it.
I take from his reply that the UK release is imminent?(Sept/Oct)
