Unaable to turn off alarm on Nokia Lumia 1020

For the last two mornings, I have had problems with the alarm on my Nokia Lumia 1020. It will let me press snooze one or two times, and then when it goes off again, nothing I do will silence the alarm. Both the snooze and off buttons are completely unresponsive. The only way I can silence it is to hold the power button and force the entire phone to turn off. But at that point, it's already woken my husband up. Anyone else having this problem all of the sudden?
