Unable to access 950XL files via USB [14328]

Is anyone else seeing this? With the latest build, when I plug my 950XL into my PC (14328 as well) it doesn't show up as a device so I can't drag files across. Any ideas?

EDIT: I should mention, it charges fine via USB and I've tried two different cables that are known to work.

Perhaps try the latest update release today and see if they fixed it?
