I've been trying to developer-unlock my Lumia 1020 that I recently got. I have already installed the Windows Phone 8.0 SDK and applied the update. Hyper-V is activated and I have already tried several USB ports and different USB cables to connect from the phone to the computer but I still get this error message:
Here's what I've done so far but it hasn't helped to solve the problem:
The strange thing is that File Explorer does recognize my phone, the same goes for Windows Media Player. I have no problems syncing any files to the phone. Both the Windows-store-app and desktop app for Windows Phone recognize my phone. I don't know what else to do :unhappysweat:  :asleep:
Here's what I've done so far but it hasn't helped to solve the problem:
- I made sure my developer account hasn't expired (Dec 2014)
- I have re-installed the Windows Phone 8.0 SDK
- I have rebooted both my computer and phone
- I have switched USB ports, used different USB cables
- I have uninstalled my Lumia 1020 driver through Device Manager and plugged back in my phone to re-install the driver
- I tried developer-unlock my Lumia 900 (Windows Phone 7.5), it recognized my phone and it did unlocked it. I plugged my Lumia 1020 back, it did not recognize it.
- I have made sure IpOverUsbSvc service is running (Local Services)
