I just Updated to 8.1 and love it, although I have been unable to create folders for my apps--- holding the app and placing on top of another has not yielded results, instead apps just switch places.
Would love to resolve the issue, preferably without having to reset phone to factory settings.
Anyone else having this issue?
It's worth noting that I am currently using "App Folder" application to create "folders" for apps I wish to group together--- Not sure if this may be causing conflict.
